Detailed Description

I. Product Introduction

Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) storage tanks are high-performance composite material tanks made of resin (polyester/vinyl ester/epoxy) as the matrix and glass fiber as the reinforcing material, manufactured through CNC winding and integral molding.

The tank body adopts a three-layer composite structure: an inner anti-corrosion lining layer, a structural strength layer, and an outer protective layer. It is seamless, has strong sealing properties, and can be customized in various forms such as vertical, horizontal, underground, and conical bottom. Volumes range from 1m³ to 5000m³, suitable for storing media at normal pressure, low pressure, and normal to high temperatures. It widely replaces carbon steel, stainless steel, and plastic storage tanks and is the mainstream equipment for corrosion-resistant industrial storage.

II. Core Advantages

Superior Corrosion Resistance and Long Service Life: Withstands strong acids, strong alkalis, salt solutions, organic solvents, sewage, seawater, and other corrosive media without rusting, leakage, or impurity precipitation; using vinyl ester resin makes it suitable for highly corrosive conditions such as 98% concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, with a service life of 15-25 years, 3-5 times that of ordinary steel tanks.

Lightweight and High-Strength, Low Transportation and Installation Costs: With a density only 1/4-1/5 that of steel, it is lightweight and easy to hoist; its tensile strength is close to that of steel, making it pressure-resistant, impact-resistant, and deformation-resistant. It can be installed on rooftops, in mountainous areas, and in confined spaces, significantly reducing infrastructure and transportation costs.

Seamless Construction and Excellent Sealing: CNC winding and one-piece molding eliminates welding gaps and the risk of media leakage; the smooth inner wall does not scale, is easy to clean, has no dead corners, and offers excellent hygiene.

Highly customizable, adaptable to all scenarios

Dimensions, thickness, openings, flanges, ladders, insulation layers, and liquid level monitoring interfaces can be customized according to media, temperature, pressure, and site conditions. Vertical, horizontal, and underground tanks are all available to meet the special working conditions of chemical, environmental protection, food, and pharmaceutical industries.

Simple maintenance, cost-effective long-term operation

No rust removal, painting, or anti-corrosion maintenance is required; daily cleaning is only necessary. Low failure rate; maintenance workload is only 1/5 of metal tanks, with zero major repairs in the future, resulting in high overall cost-effectiveness.

Safe and environmentally friendly, insulating and heat-resistant

Non-metallic material is non-conductive and non-magnetic, anti-static, explosion-proof, and avoids electrochemical corrosion. Extremely low thermal conductivity provides built-in insulation, reducing temperature control energy consumption. Food-grade resin is non-toxic and pollution-free, meeting food and pharmaceutical hygiene standards.

Weather-resistant and anti-aging, suitable for outdoor use

The outer layer is coated with UV-resistant additives, preventing powdering and cracking during outdoor use, suitable for various installation environments including open, underground, and semi-underground.

III. Main Functions (Application Scenarios + Core Uses)

1. Chemical Industry: Storing sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, caustic soda, nitric acid, organic solvents, chemical raw materials, and production intermediates. Used for temporary storage of chemical raw materials, waste liquid storage, and acid-base mixing, solving the problem of storing highly corrosive media.

2. Environmental Water Treatment Industry: Used for temporary storage of industrial wastewater, electroplating wastewater, acid and alkali wastewater, wastewater treatment agents, sludge, and rainwater collection. Suitable for treating high-salt and highly corrosive wastewater, resistant to chloride ion and sulfate corrosion.

3. Food/Pharmaceutical Industry: Food-grade storage tanks for storing drinking water, soy sauce, vinegar, alcohol, purified water, disinfectant, and fermentation liquid. The inner walls are clean and free of bacteria, meeting food and drug safety standards.

4. Municipal, New Energy, and Power Industries: Storing fire-fighting water, reclaimed water, acid and alkali agents, NMP solvent for lithium battery production, and desulfurization and denitrification agents. Suitable for the corrosion-resistant storage needs of new energy, power plants, and municipal water supply and drainage. 5. Other general applications: Seawater desalination, seawater storage, petroleum additives, aquaculture water, agricultural fertigation, and underground sewage tanks. These can be used for concealed installation outdoors or underground, saving space.
