Sand-Filled Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Sewage Pipelines
• Results: The pipelines feature excellent sealing performance and are leak-free. This has resolved the issues associated with the old pipe network—specifically, sewage seeping into and contaminating the soil, as well as corroding surrounding utility cables—and has resulted in a significant enhancement of the town's drainage capacity.
FRP Storage Tanks
For a corrosion-resistant storage project within a chemical industrial park, a large batch of vertical and horizontal FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Polymer) storage tanks was selected for the containment of acidic and alkaline waste liquids as well as chemical raw materials. Having been in service for several years, these tanks have demonstrated zero leakage and require no frequent anti-corrosion maintenance, thereby effectively reducing operation and maintenance costs. They are ideally suited for the rigorous storage conditions found in the chemical, environmental protection, and wastewater treatment sectors.
FRP Stormwater Pumping Station
A client in Vietnam commissioned a bulk order of customized, integrated, floor-standing FRP stormwater pumping stations. These units feature complete factory prefabrication and underground installation, ensuring rapid construction and minimal land footprint. Equipped with intelligent drainage capabilities, they efficiently resolve stormwater flooding issues within the designated area, while offering simple operation and maintenance for long-term, stable performance.
FRP Arched Covers
In this project involving the covering of chemical wastewater tanks, FRP arched covers were deployed on a large scale. Characterized by their lightweight yet high-strength properties, as well as their resistance to corrosion and aging, these covers offer excellent sealing and gas-collection capabilities. They enable the rapid enclosure of the tanks, effectively capturing malodorous exhaust gases, thereby facilitating the control of plant-wide odors and ensuring compliance with environmental standards.
Complete FRP Spray Tower System
An industrial exhaust gas treatment project featuring a custom-engineered, complete FRP spray scrubbing system. Designed to withstand acid and alkali corrosion, the system delivers high purification efficiency.
